Welcome to the MCTC Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is designated a unique ticket number & will be assigned to the correct department that can meet your needs.

Mountwest departments that utilize the Support Center:

  • IT Help Desk
  • Blackboard & Online Learning (Academic Affairs)
  • Physical Plant & Maintenance 

All users that submit a ticket can track the status and all responses within the system. A valid email address and working phone number are required to submit a ticket so that our team members can contact you if necessary.

Hours of Operation

If contacting Blackboard & Online Learning, hours of operation are during regular Mountwest business hours.

If contacting the IT Help Desk, our hours of operation are:

  • Monday-Thursday, 8:00am to 6:00pm
  • Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm 

You can visit our new location on the 1st floor of main campus within the One-Stop area, or by phone by calling 304-710-3470. Calls received after business hours will be returned the following business day.
