In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.


Operations and Information Services KNOWN ISSUE(S):

  • 7/27/2017: Banner and myMCTC Service Interuption: Banner and myMCTC will be unavailable FRIDAY, July 28th from 7am to 10pm due to scheduled software maintenance.
  • 2/27/2017: Those customers receiving the following message are encouraged to open a support ticket requesting an upgrade to Office 2016: "this copy of Microsoft Office is not activated' you have 29 days left to activate.
