In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

Operations and Information Services KNOWN ISSUE(S):

  • 4/4/2017: Information Services is currently working with Verizon Engineers to determine the exact cause and remedy to the outage that is impacting some campus phones. We have identified about 50 devices that are being impacted. We appreciate your patience as we work with Verizon to resolve this ongoing issue.
  • 2/27/2107: Those customers receiving the following message are encouraged to open a support ticket requesting an upgrade to Office 2016: "this copy of Microsoft Office is not activated' you have 29 days left to activate.
